Company Overview

AccuTech Marine Propeller, Inc. operates out of a 5,000 square foot facility located in Dover, New Hampshire. The company specializes in blueprinting marine propellers for accuracy, custom hydrodynamic propeller sizing coupled with driveline recommendations, and custom shaft manufacturing. AccuTech is proud to have been awarded a Coast Guard commendation for boosting fleet fuel economy by 10 Percent. Currently, AccuTech an the OEM supplier for several major boat manufacturers. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with Saturday’s by appointment only.

Responsible for but not limited to the following

  • Repair and/or modification of marine propellers made from aluminum, stainless steel, manganese bronze and NiBral (nickel aluminum bronze) material
  • Utilize proprietary computerized measuring equipment
  • Machine propeller bores
  • Fabricate and manufacture marine propeller shafts

Requirements / Skills

  • Must present and communicate in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized with good time management skills
  • Basic CNC Lathe trained
  • Proficient in machine shop equipment, operating procedures and maintenance
  • Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company
  • Computer proficiency in Windows, Microsoft applications, and Google applications
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
  • Marine industry experience is a plus but is not necessary as we will train
  • Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location or line of business

Qualifications

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • At least 1 years of CNC experience
  • Valid drivers license with a good driving record, reliable transportation, and able to meet AccuTech driving qualifications
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment screening
  • Must be able to read and speak the English language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, and training
